BizExchange caters for everyone involved with the transfer of business ownership in Australia including buyers, sellers, investors, equity raisers and the relevant advisors. We have different services to ensure we cater for your needs. Pick the service that is most suitable to you.

Registered User

Designed for buyers, investors, and those monitoring the market.

This service ensures you keep abreast of what is happening in the market as well as being notified of specific opportunities that meet your criteria.

Associated fees: Nil

Business Owner

Business Owners can list their own business for sale or investment. Alternatively, for the purposes of obtaining advice or protecting confidentiality, businesses may wish to use the services of their own advisor/accountant/broker or use one of those profiled on the BizExchange website.

Listing fees are $500 for Main Market listings for 3 months’ duration and $250 for 3 month renewals. Micro Market listings (values under $500,000) are $100 for 3 months’ duration and $50 for 3 months’ renewal.

Professional Members (advisors/accountants/brokers)

All market professionals including business brokers, corporate & business advisors, accountants, insolvency experts and the like are encouraged to list businesses for sale on BizExchange to reach a wide national and growing international network of interested advisors, investors and buyers.

All professionals can also benefit from advertising their profile outlining their own services on BizExchange.

Professional profiles are $1,000 per annum.

All prices quoted are GST exclusive.

How do I get the BizExchange Index?

How can I sell my business?

There are two ways to sell your business using BizExchange, you can list it yourself as a Private Member, or you can list it through a professional advisor (eg. your Accountant or Business Broker). Refer to our membership page for more information.

What are ANZIC codes?

ANZIC codes are the Australian and New Zealand Industry classifications. BizExchange requires all listings to be identified with the relevant ANZIC classification at the lowest level, this enables the relevant industry data to be displayed with these listings. Unfortunately not all of the ANZIC codes are intuitive - click here for a complete list of ANZIC codes.

How many enquiries will I get?

The number of enquiries received by different businesses from listings on BizExchange varies depending on the level of interest in the market. However on average a listing is browsed by over 500 potential buyers and investors.

How do alerts work?

Alerts enable you to automatically run a search over the BizExchange listings at regular intervals and have the results emailed to you. The manage alert function is accessible from the 'my account' page. This page requires the user to login. If you do not have a login, you can join BizExchange and use this function free of charge.
