How listings get here
- A feed from your listing software. REAXML (commercial listings for sale), JSON or CSV, pushed to us or fetched every hour. New listings are added, changes update, and listings you take down are withdrawn.
- A spreadsheet upload. Fill in the CSV template and upload it. You see exactly what will change before anything is saved.
- By hand. Add a listing in the dashboard, with photos.
What you get
- Your brokerage and agent named on every listing, and every enquiry emailed straight to the listing agent with reply-to set to the buyer.
- A dashboard for your whole team: listings, enquiries, uploads, feeds and who can manage what.
- Listings already shown under your name can be claimed, corrected or removed, free.
- We never charge buyers and never take a commission.
What it costs
Listing is free, with no limit: claimed listings, your own, uploads and feeds. You pay only to feature a listing, which puts it first in its industry and state and on the home page: $49 for one listing for 30 days, or a monthly plan with featured listings included. See pricing.
