Do you take a commission when it sells?
No. You pay the listing fee once and keep the whole sale price. Buyers never pay us either.
Can I keep the business name private?
Yes. Leave the name out and describe the business instead, and choose whether to show the suburb or only the region. Share the details with serious buyers once they sign an NDA.
How do buyers contact me?
Buyers fill in a form on your listing and the enquiry arrives in your inbox with their name, email and, if they give it, their phone number. Your own email address is never shown on the listing.
What do buyers see?
The asking price, turnover, profit and lease details you enter, your description and up to 20 photos. Listings that show their figures get more serious enquiries.
Can I change the listing once it is live?
Yes, at any time from your dashboard: the price, the description, the photos. New photos are checked before they show.
What happens when it sells?
Mark it sold from your dashboard. The page stays up for 30 days marked as sold, then comes down. You can tell us the sale price if you like; it is only ever used in aggregate.
